  • Mikaila Adame and Jennifer Kreifels are not licensed medical doctors, psychologists, or mental health professionals.

2. Scope of Services

These services may include energy healing techniques, meditation guidance, and transformational coaching aimed at promoting balance and well-being.

Disclaimer

Energy healing, transformational coaching, and meditation are intended to restore balance in the energy field and release blockages within the body, mind, emotions, consciousness, and spiritual systems. However, these sessions are not substitutes for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Personal Responsibility

  • I am solely responsible for my health and wellness decisions.
  • I will consult with my physician, therapist, or other licensed health care providers regarding any medical or psychological conditions or concerns.

4. No Guarantees

I understand that the outcomes of energy healing sessions are not guaranteed and may vary for each individual.

5. Assumption of Risk

  • I voluntarily engage in these services with the understanding that I am assuming any and all risks associated with my participation.
  • I release Mikaila Adame, Jennifer Kreifels, and Ancient Wisdom Ltd. from any liability related to physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes resulting from these sessions.

6. Release of Liability

  • I understand that Mikaila Adame, Jennifer Kreifels, and Ancient Wisdom Ltd. are not responsible for any outcomes related to my participation in energy healing sessions.
  • I agree that I will not hold Mikaila Adame, Jennifer Kreifels, and Ancient Wisdom Ltd. liable for any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise from these services.

7. Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation is entirely voluntary, and I may discontinue sessions at any time without penalty.

8. Emergency Clause

If I experience a medical or psychological emergency, I understand that I should contact emergency services or a licensed health professional immediately.

9. Severability Clause

If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Parent/Guardian Acknowledgment

For clients under the age of 18, this waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on behalf of the minor.

  • Energy healing and related services are not substitutes for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from licensed healthcare providers.
  • Neither Jennifer Kreifels nor Mikaila Adame is a licensed physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, or healthcare professional.

3. Consent for Touch

  • Sessions may involve light touch on a fully clothed body as part of energy therapy techniques.
  • If you prefer a session without physical touch, please notify the practitioner prior to the session.

  • You agree to inform the practitioners of any changes to your health or medication that may affect the services provided.

5. Assumption of Risk

  • You release Ancient Wisdom Ltd., Jennifer Kreifels, and Mikaila Adame from any claims or liabilities related to your participation.
